We welcome your comments, concerns, compliments and complaints regarding the care and treatment you receive.
We try to achieve a high standard of services and are always looking for ways to improve them, but we recognise that at times we could do better.
If you think there is or might be a better way of providing services or care then please pass on your ideas.
If you want to make a comment or complaint, in the first instance please speak to a member of staff involved in your care. If you can do this, they may be able to resolve your issue quickly.
If you would prefer to discuss the matter with someone else, please contact one of the following teams:
For comments or complaints regarding Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary or Galloway Community Hospital please contact the Patient Experience and Safety Team on 01387 241690 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
For comments and complaints regarding other services please contact the Patient Services Team on 01387 272733 or email email@example.com and a member of staff will guide you through the process of making a complaint.
If you are unhappy with any matter relating to General Practice, Dentist, Optician or Pharmacy you should raise your complaint with the Practice Manager in the first instance. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from the practice, you can ask the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman to look at it.
